AIMS, OBJECTIVES & GOALS OF ‘LEARNING THROUGH ENTERTAINMENT’
- To make training and learning more interactive, not boring, and enhance engagement that stands the taste of time. We will achieve these through MOVIES AND ONLINE TRAINING.
- To rectify some loopholes in training, improve on training, learning and supporting the Individuals in much more modern, relaxed and effective way.
- To animate/act (MOVIES) and visualise variety of Healthcare Services Vision, Mission, Policies and Procedures, to suit all that have learning challenges.
- To achieve the goals of showcasing the responsibilities of staff supporting individuals through movies.
EXPECTED OUTCOMES
- By the end of the Project, the beneficiaries like Organizations and Companies will expand the more, making room for Entertainment Departments with MOVIES, which align with their respective Missions, Visions, Values, Policies and Procedures.
- Save costs of training resources and personnels.
- Create awareness through fun and entertainment (as there are moments of laughter in the MOVIE scenes), for individuals to know and understand the responsibilities of the staff supporting them.
- Advertisements for organizations and Companies adopting this concept of training as this is a modern way of learning these days.
- Achievements from invisible to visible information, a visual model of framework.
